What if I get a coffee that I don't enjoy? Will I get a refund or replacement?
Hmmmmm… frankly we do not think we will face that issue but in case you don't like what you drink, drop us a line or call us and we will surely send you a replacement!
Are there any shipping charges?
Of course, nothing in this life is free but it's included in the final price, so you need not worry about any extra cost.
Where do you ship your products?
Anywhere and everywhere where we find coffee drinkers.  Shipping outside of India will incur shipping costs as per actuals.
Can I choose the coffees that go into my subscription box?
We have a range of subscription plans that you can choose from so we have made your life easier.
By what date will I receive my package every month?

That depends on when you start the subscription and the subscription box that you choose. Once we receive your order we will inform you on the details via email. 

How do I cancel my subscription?
Why would you do that?  But if you absolutely have to, then drop us a line or call us and we will try and resolve your issue (and definitely try and convince you to continue.
How do I change my shipping address?

What is your billing cycle like?
That depends on the subscription you chose. 
Can I pause my subscription at any time?
Yes, if we get a minimum 15 days notice in writing before your next shipment goes out.
